Bonnie has over 10 years experience of teaching a variety of instruments and styles to different ages and levels. This includes private instrumental lessons, jazz ensembles, rhythm workshops, rockschools, early childhood and preschool music lessons, as well as performing preschool percussion show Boom Boom Cha. Presently working at Wollongong Conservatorium of Music, Macarthur Anglican School and teaching privately.

"Boom Boom Cha!" - Preschool percussion performance
 With drums, wind chimes and other percussive instruments Bonnie Stewart takes everyone on an adventure through the enchanted world of sound. Through the telling of a traditional Irish folktale Bonnie demonstrates how music and a sound scape can help to tell a story. With drums, singing, body percussion, and plenty of audience participation the Gaelic tale of Dagda’s Magic Harp comes to life. Children will learn about the instruments, their names and how they are used, as well as the importance of sound in storytelling.
